Compendium of Curiosities 2, Challenge 9
This week’s Compendium of Curiosities 2 Challenge at Linda's Studio L3
involves the use of Tim’s pocket watch and the technique he outlines on
page 35 of his CofC2 book. This week’s challenge is also sponsored by the great Simon Says Stamp love those guys over there!! They are giving away a 25.00 gift certificate to one lucky participant. Maybe I will get lucky and this will be my week! At any rate, I have always wanted to alter a pocket watch and have actually had one of Tim's from Idea-ology for awhile now and just haven't altered it yet. So I am using this opportunity to go for it!! I got some inspiration for the insides of a real watch and figured I'd put some gears in this one and since I love hummingbirds, I added this little charm that I had laying around as well. I love the way it turned out. Thanks Linda for making me get the pocket watch out and do something with it. :)
