My Art Room

So much to do and not enough time these days. lol... I'm sorry I haven't posted much lately, it's been vacation time and I'm actually getting ready to go again. This time to California to celebrate my husband's Dad's 80th birthday. How special!!
At any rate, so many are sharing their wonderful art spaces and giving some good ideas of organizing those craft goodies. My room isn't near as organized as it should be nor do I have everything in it's place haha!! that would be nice, wouldn't it? Here is the big reveal and take note of my chair that I re-finished earlier last year. I use it as my "crafting" chair. I just love it, it's so comfy and fun.
This is my desk where I do most of my work, it looks like on this day I was working on some charms. My desk is usually a mess. I also have some tags displayed on the wall from some of my swaps. As you can see I'm not very organized but I have everything I need right here. lol

I have a second table, for my daughter to work at if she wants and I also keep binders of unmounted stamps here. I have loads of drawers where I store wood mounted stamps and also misc stamp pads. I also display more art on the walls here and on the shelves.

My drawers are full of stamps pads and stamps, I try to store paper here but I need more of those shelves. I have too much paper. haha! If you look closely here you can see my rolodex cards that the ATT group has been swapping. I love them!!

There are some shelves that I re-purposed and my ribbon storage here. I also have more stamps and paper storage here as well. I really love that metal dress form, just trying to figure out what to display on it. :)

On the wall to the left is my embossing powder and markers/pens. Got those neat storage shelves and buckets  from Ikea. My scraps of paper are stored in the black file on the table and buttons, more ribbon and stencils and other items are in this section here.

One last picture of my work station, you can see my chair in the one. I love my chair!! I actually call it "The Chair of Cheer", it brings me delight every time I sit here and work on something. (for those of you who have seen the movie "The Grinch" you know what the chair if cheer is) haha!!!

Well everyone, thanks for stopping by and checking out my art room mess! I just have so much fun here. Sorry I don't have some artsy stuff to show you today but vacation is calling me. Until next time, have a great day!!! XO
