Almost Done with this Chair

Well my sweet daughter is sick with the flu so I'm using the time we have to spend at home to make my chair pad. I found some great fabric at JoAnns the other day. Here is what it looks like so far.. I'm happy with it. All I need to do is sew on those buttons, I need to look on the internet to find out what is the best way to do it, you can see where I've marked my spots. Can you tell this is my first time making a chair pad haha!! I can't believe it's almost done!!! YAY!!!

I'd love to hear everyone's comments on it.

Valentine Hearts

Got this idea from one of the gals on my Journal Yahoo Group and just had to try it out for Leanne and Derek's Valentines this year. I made them magnets so they could enjoy them year round, they were thrilled. I also wrote them a little message on the back with date etc etc...

More of the Chair

Well, I'm so excited because my chair Vinyl saying came in yesterday and I applied it today. It came from a company called VinylCraze.com they actually were able to customize the size and colors that I needed to match the chair. I didn't use StampinUp because their clings were too large and I couldn't find the size I needed since it's a much smaller size than usual for these type of clings. Otherwise I love StampinUp but for this project it just didn't work out. I think the saying is so cool and I really like how it came out.. now if I can just find some fabric for the chair pad, I'd be all done with it. To be continued......

You've Got Me In Stitches Swap
