ATC Crazy!!

I have been steadily working on some ATC swaps for my many Yahoo groups and have finished quite a few this week. Here is a picture of all the wonderful ATCs that I have ready for swaps. Each ATC is for a different swap, these are the ones that I kept for myself. I made 4 or 5 for each swap. 

The ATC on the bottom right with the reindeer opens up and the inside looks like the below picture. It was for a Christmas in July swap.

Made for my Mom

This is a bracelet that I made for my mother. I'm going out to see her early in June and I cannot wait. Since I've started making jewelry I can't go without taking something special for her. I hope she likes it.

Monochromatic ATCs

This is my first time making monochromatic ATCs or anything really. I didn't even know what monochromatic was until the other day. (You can tell I haven't taken any art classes) At any rate, this was super fun to try and use different shades of the same color on these. This swap really challenged me to open my mind to different things.

For You Greeting Card

I am posting this for a friend of mine in my monthly "Stamp Camp" class for Stampin' Up. This is a card we made a few months back using Stampin Up materials.  Here ya go June :) .. I hope this is the right card.

Over The Edge Mini Album

I joined another swap on one of my Yahoo groups and for this swap you had to make a mini journal and the theme was "Over the Edge" so each page had to have something that hung over the edge. We were to make 6 pages (lightly decorated backs) that measure 4" x 6". We will be sending them into the hostess who will then bind them all together for us. I also made a front page and back page for mine. Take a look....

For this page I used some old letters I have received from friends as the
background and then painted over that.

Tea Time ATC

Another ATC that I made for one of my yahoo groups. This months lottery theme is "Drinks" The little baggie has real tea inside too and the quote came from an actual tea bag as well.

Fun with Paint

Ok so a friend of mine that is on one of my yahoo groups did this awesome tutorial on background techniques. So, I just had to try it, here are my finished mini works of art. :-)
The first picture is my work right after I added all the paint and sandwiched it between two cardboard pieces.

The next picture is the canvas after I added more paint and some patterns, I also spritzed it with glitter paint, I'm going to use this one for some inchie projects I need to do, so it will be cut up into 1x1 inch pieces

The next picture is the 2nd canvas that I had done and this one I will be keeping for myself.
