Good Friends Are Like Quilts

Over at Artists In Blogland
they have challenged us this week to use a quote in our creations. The Quote reads like this:
"Good Friends are like quilts, they age with you yet never lose their warmth." What a great saying!! I decided to make some cards for some friends of mine with this inspiration.
I used lots of Tim Holtz goodness (of course) and some scrap papers that I just couldn't throw out, this is a great way to use your old scraps that you only have a little bit left.  I got out my sewing machine and did some actual sewing too. It was nice to see the old gal again!! lol...

Thanks once again for stopping by the blog. I always appreciate my followers and your wonderful comments.

  7. I love that you made cards for friends...and they are great. The challenge inspired me to make something for a friend as well, except I'm still working on it! Had to come back and see the quote again and got lost looking at everyone's different interpretations...lucky friends you have!
