White and More White

I have decided to take on the challenge for this month from Unruly Paper Arts - the challenge is "Carte Blanche".
This is such a tough challenge for me because I love adding color to everything I do and I can't recall one time where I have done an all white project.
For this project I wanted to make an ATC for the yahoo group that I am in called ATC_FUN .. we are a bunch of fun loving people who share our art and our hearts all alike. We have a monthly lottery and the theme for this month is "Spring" and I decided to do my all white ATC in that theme.

First thing I did was take a piece of vellum with a cool circle design and used a embossing pen to go around the circles and then used some opaque embossing powder to make the circles stand out.

I cut a piece of white card stock in the size of an ATC and used it to back the vellum.
The I used some cardboard cut out flowers and used some white paint dabber to cover then and then covered that with Ranger Antiquities frosted crystal and embossed the flowers with that. The flowers came out shimmery and beautiful. I love the frosted crystal look.

Once that was done I used double side stick tape to adhere the vellum to the white card stock. I added some ribbon and some letters that spell out "spring" using Tim's Upon A Time alphabet die strip.

It's not perfect but I really like how it turned out. Not too bad I guess for my first all white project.
